wanted info vs. SPAM
E mail addresses with your orders are NOT placed on our email lists
nor placed in our address books. They are used ONLY for individual
messages pertinent to your orders/requests. Our address lists are
NOT sold or shared with others. PERIOD
Returned
Merchandise: In the event of DEFECTIVE products, contact us at

for instructions on return/replacement. Unauthorized returns
cannot be accepted for refund. Shipment for "APPROVAL
INSPECTION" is generally impossible to accommodate.
E-files/attached
files: Our general policy is not to open files received
attached to emails in order to protect all on our mailing
list. We do, however, solicit digital photo contributions to
be posted on the website. Any photograph files should be sent
to:
