DEALERS, CLUBS AND SOCIETIES NOTE: Exclusive lettering schemes and car # runs of 200/48 respectively (or more) are available on the Cannonball and Red Ball products listed above. All such orders must be placed with Model RR Warehouse before production begins.
NEW RIVER is a quality "aftermarket decorator" of Athearn, Bethlehem, Cannonball, Eastern, Stewart, and other AVAILABLE locos/kits. Professionally airbrushed kits are pad printed using printing plates made using specially created art.

CUSTOM RUNS:
Printing small runs (100-500 cars) will cost as much as $2-4 min. each [plus art development/plate and painting]. Larger runs are less expensive. The printing alone involves plate/art charges (typically $200-400 on jobs with one or two printing colors); special color inks ($40-75), jig/setup charges for each "strike" (varies by kit and by lettering) and a per strike charge of a few cents. [An F3 in Monon frt or NYC has 8-10 strikes, an Eastern mill gon in 1 color has 4 strikes etc]. In some cases kits must be disassembled or cleaned before painting, printing and repacking. Each job must be quoted on its merits. Some custom run jobs may be painted by the club, historical society or hobby shop and printed by New River. All New River products meet highest standards and are limited editions.

STEWART must approve [in advance] any New River decorating job of their products.
CANNONBALL and RED BALL will ONLY allow New River aftermarket decoration and will package their kits in CCS packaging after New River decorating. Purchaser must pay art, plate and kit charges before decorating begins.

Customers providing their own art purchase EXCLUSIVE rights to its use and their road number(s) (if account is settled promptly upon receipt of production sample), but not exclusive rights to that roadname or decorating scheme on CCS kits. Plate, kit and other deposit charges are non-refundable. Plates and product with uncompleted obligation remain the property of MRW and may be marketed by MRW to recover the production costs. Dealers wishing smaller runs [ min 48 of an exclusive number] (eg: road names with many road numbers) should make their interest known as there may be others with whom a run can be ganged for economical production. DEALERS MAY ALSO ORDER EXCLUSIVE CAR# IN ADVANCE OF PRODUCTION ON ANNOUNCED NEW RIVER projects. Some setup charge for number changes is involved, but it is reasonable.
