ECW moved recently and inventory refills are unpredictable.

Decals and Small Parts orders. Our standard minimum shipping and handling fee is $8. If you will email first on these orders, we may be able to save you money by suggesting mailing a check or money order for product and SSAE or other less expensive (but uninsured) handling option for your order. Red Ball parts are not listed in the shopping cart due to their limited availability.

Yardsale or Irish Auction items are NOT on the shopping cart as they are one of a kind and availability fluctuates continually. Please use our email response feature and inquire about availability. Most folks then use the 800 ordering.

LTD Reservations and Unreleased Items are ordered by any method except Paypal or Shopping Cart. We do not charge until shipping. We guarantee the price when you guarantee the order in this manner. Pre release prices are shown on these items. After release and on subsequent reruns there will generally be increased prices. Inquiries about prior reservations must indicate item reserved—that is how we have them filed.

Paypal (and Shopping Cart) charge upon ordering. Paypal charges a bank fee (about 5%- more on foreign) that is not refundable after a month or two.. Any orders submitted in this manner and later cancelled will be subject to an assessed handling charge. Your later order would also be ineligible for prerelease pricing. We do not wish to sit on your money, nor to go through the appreciable amount of office work and considerable expense involved should you change your mind for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.

WARRANTY and SHIPPING DAMAGE

RETURNS All sales are final. In the event of shipping damage on insured shipments please hold all packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier. Notify the carrier and us to initiate your claim. We cannot be responsible for damage or loss of uninsured shipments.

All product lines we carry have factory warranty. Any missing or defective parts should be reported directly to the kit manufacturer. Do not return items unless the manufacturer so directs. It is impossible for any source except the manufacturer to inventory all ingredients for every kit to assist you with other part requests. Partially constructed kits and modeling errors are not the responsibility of manufacturers. Consignment items in the Yardsale-Irish Auction are sold “as is” . We strive to describe them honestly for you but cannot embark on “piececount” inventory of them.
